Stomach: Cancer, Ulcerating (#1)

A 48 year old female with a several months history of dyspepsia. EGD demonstrated superficially ulcerating lesion measuring 5cm on the anterior body of stomach (6-7 o'clock on the image). Biopsy study showed poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (signet cell type).
